Superfood Shake

Ingredients
  • 1 cup water or unsweetened almond milk
  • ⅓ cup whole or chopped strawberries
  • ⅓ cup washed and dried kale
  • ⅓ cup spinach
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. My favorite is Ideal Raw vegan protein powder
  • 1 TBSP of favorite healthy fat. You can use coconut oil, cashew butter, almond butter.
Instructions
  1. Place in high powered blender and blend well.
  2. I like to blend mine 2 times through.
