Pomegranate Cabbage Salad
 
Ingredients
  • Cooking Spray
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage (I like to buy bagged coleslaw)
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Slivered almonds
  • Liquid Coconut Aminos or Soy Sauce
  • Protein of choice: chicken, tuna, edamame or tofu
Instructions
  1. Heat nonstick pan over medium heat. Spray pan with cooking spray
  2. Sauté cabbage in pan until soft (usually 3-4 mins
  3. Add in protein of choice
  4. Remove from heat. Add a splash of aminos or soy sauce
  5. Top with pomegranate seeds and slivered almonds
  6. Serve warm
