Apple Nachos
 
Ingredients
  • 1 apple sliced
  • ¼ c dark or semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 TBSP almond butter
  • ½ TBSP coconut oil
  • Topping options: mini m&m's, vanilla chips, mini dark chocolate chips, chopped almonds, or coconut
Instructions
  1. Slice apple thinly, place on serving plate
  2. Melt chocolate chips in microwave for 30 second intervals. Stir in between each interval until completely melted. Transfer to small Ziplock bag
  3. Melt almond butter and coconut oil together in a microwave until soft, but not completely melted. Transfer to another small Ziplock bag
  4. Drizzle apple slices with chocolate and then almond, coconut mixture
  5. Serve with favorite toppings
  6. Enjoy immediately
