I did not feel deprived of food, in fact she encouraged to eat more often which was one of my biggest problems of going too long in between meals, or skipping meals.  I do not like meat in my diet so it was helpful to know what proteins I could use to replace meat and chicken. This has been such a wonderful program and I am so glad I was able to participate! Not only have I reached my goal weight but I completely surpassed it! I haven't been this in shape in probably 10 years!

To accomplish so much in such a short period of time, especially with a 1 year old, was a task I never thought I could do. I no longer crave sugar all day everyday! I gave up my soda addiction. I go to bed every night feeling good, I don't feel bloated or crappy from eating bad during the day. I'm also sleeping better and more motivated during the day.

I've always wanted to eat cleaner/more vegan and this has encouraged me to cook more for myself and this program has given me more options for breakfast and lunch that I wouldn't have thought of before! I love the idea of making more salads, smoothies, the lasagna and even spring rolls. Also pushed me to work out everyday or close to everyday which is a struggle.

No more bloating or stomach cramps! My biggest take away from this program is that I've taught my body that I don't need to snack ALL DAY LONG. I had gotten into a bad habit of mindless snacking staying at home with the kids. Before I was so addicted to sugar.

I'm loving that the recipes with chocolate protein in it are satisfying my sweet tooth. I'm looking more at labels now to see the ratio of fats/carbs/proteins and the amount of sugar in it.

This program helped kick me out of a plateau and start losing again while showing me that avoiding processed stuff can be easy and delicious! I feel like eating cleaner has helped me feel leaner.

I loved the focus on more whole food sources and staying away from processed foods and added sugars. I feel like this gave me a chance to really recalibrate my palate and gain a renewed appreciation for all the great flavors that occur naturally! It also goes to show that food doesn't need to be complicated to be tasty and enjoyable!

I said in the beginning I usually buy stuff and I end up not liking it. There is something about the raw protein that is different though! Other than the obvious scale victories I really like the energy I have. The first week I was so tired but I went through a sugar withdrawal and now if I try to eat something sweet it kills my stomach! So that's a huge victory for me!

I'd say my biggest triumph is that I have not had an issue sticking to the meal plan so far, all the meals I have made so far are delicious! I'd say the biggest difference is my sleeping!

I have seen such positivity in this group and it has really helped me during the past few weeks. I thought I was eating clean for the past year or so but since starting this challenge I feel WAY better. Since I was a teen I have not been able to sleep all through the night, but the clean eating has definitely improved my sleeping! Thanks!

My favorite breakfast was the strawberry banana smoothie, I loved the trail mix and the power balls, I loved the cauliflower soup and lasagna and also the egg white scramble!

I think I feel great and my stomach feels better! Also I am sleeping so much better! I also love that my clothes are fitting better! I am going to continue eating healthier! Thank you Lisa!

I LOVED the tropical bowl smoothie and the zucchini lasagna! I was Also pleasantly surprised by the detox smoothie and that was my go-to smoothie when I fell off the wagon. I feel like it gave me another kick start! I liked most of the meals but those two were my favorites.

I've noticed so many differences within myself.  I'm definitely a lot thinner and I can see more muscle. I've learned that my body is super sensitive and it actually does crave good food.  I really love how I'm not bloated like I used too.

The workouts were hard but short. It helped jump start me to becoming active again. I have new goals. I noticed how I felt and the differences I see. I feel are amazing.  I'm so thankful for all of this program!

I've been trying to eat clean for the last few months but wasn't sure how to turn the clean eating with a focus of veggies into a macro fat burning diet.  

I loved this program. My body loved the program.  More importantly Lisa taught me how to eat high protein plant based foods that fueled my body and didn't mess up my macros.  The workouts are challenging and pushed me out of my comfort zone.   Thank you for a wonderful program Lisa!

I loved Lisa's 28 day plan. I was nervous going in because I'd decided I wanted to try to do her plan and follow the vegetarian part of it. I feel like every time I decided to try a new recipe I was excited by how much I loved it. The work outs were short enough to squeeze in but totally got my heart pumping and my sweat coming.
